(GRAND BEND, ON) - On May 18, 2018 at 11:00 p.m., less than six hours later, members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stop the same motor vehicle on Ontario Street, Grand Bend as a result of erratic driving.
Additional investigation required that the driver provide a roadside sample of his breath which resulted in a "fail" reading requiring him to provide an additional sample of his breath at the OPP Detachment. As a result, the driver produced a sample nearly twice the legal limit.
Jovan SINJARI, 19 years-of-age of Windsor, Ontario was charged with allegedly committing the offence of operate a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of his blood. He must appear at the Sarnia Court House on June 11, 2018.
