(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON)- Members of the Community Street Crime Unit attached to the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a Tiny Township male after assisting in the investigation of a residential break and enter in the Balm Beach area of Tiny Township on May 13, 2018.
Investigators have charged Brody Laval MARCHILDON 21 years of Tiny Township with the following offences relating to the May 13, 2018 incident-
Break, Enter dwelling house - commit indictable offence contrary to section CC 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 - in Canada contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Trafficking in Stolen Goods under $5,000 (incl. possession with intent to traffic) contrary to section 355.5(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
He was released from police custody on a recognizance to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on June 14, 2018
