(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) - On May 30, 2018 at approximately 8:06 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial (OPP) stopped a van that was travelling northbound on Toronto Street North in the Municipality of Grey Highlands after discovering that the wrong plates were attached to the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the van was suspended from driving.
36-year old Derrick ROBISON of the Municipality of West Grey was issued three Part III Summons for the following offences: Driving While Under Suspension, Use Plate Not Authorized, and Owner Operate Motor Vehicle on a Highway - No Insurance.
He is scheduled to appear in court on July 23, 2018 in Owen Sound.
The plates were seized and the vehicle was towed.
