(BRIGHTON, ON) - On June 6, 2018 the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 401 Eastbound in the Brighton area around 6:00 p.m. The motor vehicle was described as swerving almost causing an accident.
Jenna Marcia Caza (age 33) of Kingston, Ontario was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and charged with:
Care and control of a vehicle while impaired
Care and control of a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
She was released, and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brighton on July 3, 2018.
