(CHATHAM, ON) On June 17, 2018, around 1:30 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 40 near Pioneer Line.
While speaking with the driver, the officer determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was transported to detachment for further tests.
Upon further investigation, the male driver, Jordon BROWN, 23-years-old of Chatham, Ontario, was charged with the following:
drive motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada,
speeding, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on July 10, 2018 to answer to the charge.
