(PETERBOROUGH, ON) - Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Chemong Road just after 2:00 am on Sunday, July 8, 2018. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Dustin HORSLEY (age 28) of Trenton, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on August 2, 2018.
