(THAMES CENTRE, ON) - On July 6, 2018, at approximately 12:00 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Hamilton Road, Village of Dorchester.
A red motor vehicle rear-ended a white motor vehicle at the intersection of Hamilton Road and Bridge Street.
The responding officer determined that the 46-year-old, male, driver of the red vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Cassian WATTS, of Thames Centre, Ontario has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Over 80, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on August 16, 2018 to answer to the charges.
