(ONEIDA NATION OF THE THAMES FIRST NATION, ON) - The Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation Police Service and the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have identified the second suspect in relation to this event.
The investigation revealed that suspects attended a residence on Townline Road and a verbal dispute ensued with an adult male resident of the home.
The vehicle fled the scene and was later intercepted by a marked OPP police cruiser. The suspect used the vehicle as a weapon against the officer. The involved officer did not require medical attention and no collision occurred.
The suspect vehicle was located shortly after and additional police assets were deployed to the area.
As a result of the investigation, Isaac (Ike) DOXTATOR, 34-years-old, of Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation has been charged with the following offences pursuant to the Criminal Code:
Criminal Harassment
Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
Assault A Peace Officer with a weapon
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
Isaac DOXTATOR is an Indigenous male, 185 centimetres tall, 250 pounds, heavy set, black hair and brown eyes.
