(THAMES CENTRE, ON) - On August 6, 2018, at approximately 3:20 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) where conducting a RIDE check in Thames Centre.
A 65-year-old male, entered the RIDE operating a motor vehicle. The officers determined that the driver had consumed alcohol and demanded a roadside breath sample. After registering a FAIL, the driver was taken to a police detachment for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Joseph LEGUE, of Thames Centre, Ontario has been charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on September 12, 2018 to answer to the charge.
