(GRAND BEND, ON)- On August 19, 2018 at 1:15 a.m. a member of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on general patrol in the area of Ontario Street, Grand Bend, Ontario.
It was at this time, the OPP Officer observed a motor vehicle being driven erratically. Upon stopping the offending motor vehicle and driver, the OPP Officer came to the conclusion that the driver had recently consumed an alcoholic beverage(s). The driver provided a roadside sample of his breath resulting in a "fail". Additional samples of his breath resulted in the driver; Collin JOHNSTONE, 29-years-of-age on the City of London being arrested and charged for allegedly having in excess of 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood. He must appear at the Ontario Court of Justice- Sarnia on September 24, 2018 to address the allegation.
