(CENTRAL HURON, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is actively investigating a break, enter and theft that occurred in Clinton sometime during the last week.
Police were notified after the Rattenbury Street homeowner returned home to find the house had been ransacked. Among the stolen items were a Toshiba surround sound system, a Royal Canadian Air Force uniform hat and some Euro currency.
Investigators believe the theft took place sometime between August 13 and August 20, 2018.
Members from the OPP Mount Forest Identification Services (FIS) unit were expected to be on site today to help assist with the investigation.
