(GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) - On August 26, 2018 at 9:28 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a (red) car for a Highway Traffic Act offence. During the stop police observed the driver with signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver registered a "fail" on an approved roadside screening device and was arrested.
23-year-old male, Kevin IRETON of Chatsworth was charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on September 13, 2018 to answer to the charge.
