(PERTH COUNTY, ON) - On Monday, September 17, 2018, at approximately 11:30 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County detachment commenced a missing person investigation following a report of a missing person from a Huron Road address in the Municipality of West Perth.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that seventeen-year-old Johnathan VINCENT of the Municipality of West Perth was last seen on September 16, 2018 at an address in Huron County.
The male is described as 5'11", 145 pounds with brown hair. The hairstyle is short on both sides with a long, wavy section on top. He was last seen wearing a black tank top, black and red shorts (red at the back), and blue high top shoes.
Police and family members are concerned for VINCENT's wellbeing, as he has a medical condition for which regular medication is required.
