(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - On October 13, 2018, at approximately 2:30 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Medway Road, Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
The officers determined that the 51-year-old male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. Officers demanded a breath sample for the driver and he registered a "fail". The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Steven KEYES, of London, Ontario was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on November 13, 2018.
