(GODERICH, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continue to investigate a theft from an unlocked pickup truck that took place in Goderich on Friday, November 2, 2018.
The truck owner reported sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. a thief attended to a Parsons Court parking lot and entered into the unlocked pickup. Once inside, the thief located and stole several items including a ˝ inch 18 volt cordless Dewalt drill, a Tom Tom GPS system, an empty nitrous oxide size E tank and some work gloves.
In total the stolen items are valued at about $550.
Vehicles owners are reminded to protect their property by locking the vehicle and always removing valuables.
