(CENTRAL HURON, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are seeking tips from the public to help solve a recent theft of an enclosed snowmobile trailer and snowmobile.
Huron OPP members were contacted by the victim on Sunday, November 25, 2018 after the victims noticed the snowmobile trailer was missing from their farm property. Investigators learned the trailer had been stolen from the property located on Winthrop Road sometime between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on November 25, 2018.
The stolen trailer is described as a white, 2005 Triton fiberglass snowmobile clam shell style enclosed trailer valued at $3,000. The trailer had "Polaris Racing Team" on both sides. Inside the trailer was an orange & black 2015 Arctic Cat XF 1000 turbo valued at approximately $9,000.
