(LONDON, ON) - On November 24, 2018, at approximately 9:00 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on Provincial Highway 401 in the City of London.
Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The officers determined that the 45-year-old male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Richard CROSSLEY, of Woodstock, Ontario was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on January 7, 2019.
