(RIPLEY, ON) - On April 1, 2019 South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officers located the stolen vehicle at Glad Stone Street in Huron-Kinloss. The recovered vehicle was towed to the South Bruce OPP Detachment in Kincardine for examination purposes.
The suspect(s) involved in this theft are still outstanding.
The investigation is ongoing and further updates will be provided as they become available.
On April 1, 2019, South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officers is along with officers from the West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), West Region Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), and West Region Canine has responded to an incident in Ripley.
As a result of a police investigation related to the theft of a motor vehicle, officers set up containment around the Ripley Area.
At this time there is no direct threat to the Ripley-Huron Community School nor are there any threats to public safety.
There are currently no road closures as a result of this investigation.
