(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) - On April 17, 2019 members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Grey-Bruce Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) with the assistance OPP Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), and West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) members, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant on a property located on Bruce Road 1, in Huron-Kinloss Township.
As a result of the investigation, police seized various amounts of cocaine, hydromorphone pills, methamphetamine, digital scales, packaging material and other drug paraphernalia, as well as over $1000 in Canadian currency. The estimated combined value of the seized controlled substances is approximately $5000.
Two individuals have been arrested and charged with drug and property related offences. These individuals remain in custody and are awaiting a bail hearing.
