(KINCARDINE, ON) - On June 24, 2019 at approximately 6:00 p.m., South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint that a male was observed struggling to get inside his vehicle after leaving the LCBO on Broadway Street in Kincardine.
Police attended and observed the male exhibiting signs of impairment and determined the male had consumed alcohol. The male was arrested and transported to the OPP Detachment for breath tests completed by a qualified breath technician.
79-year old Raymond BOLTON of South Bruce was charged with the following offence:
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration 80 plus contrary to S. 320.14(1)(b) CC
The accused is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice - Walkerton, on July 17, 2019 to answer to the charge.
