(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) - On July 21, 2019, at approximately 4:45 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Melbourne Road, in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex.
Upon further investigation, police determined that the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Mark ROSE, 58-year-old of London, Ontario was charged with the following offences, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC);
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus); and with
Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
The accused was issued a 90 day Automatic Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days. They are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in London, Ontario on September 5, 2019.
