(SHAKESPEARE, ON) - On July 25, 2019 at approximately 12:30 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County detachment responded to a complaint from the public regarding a possible impaired driver on Road 107, north of Shakespeare.
While speaking with the male driver, the officer determined that the driver's ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. The male failed a roadside Standard Field Sobriety Test (SFST) and was arrested and transported to the Sebringville OPP detachment for further testing.
Jacob PATERSON, 24-years-old, of Stratford was arrested and charged with;

He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on August 12, 2019 to answer the charge.
