Countless people have complained that greed took priority over public safety when North Huron allowed 400 people to attend an ACDC cover-band Friday night. Across Canada and the US all large gatherings were cancelled due to public safety concerns, except in Wingham. This was likely done out of greed by the concert promoter and council’s apathy.
The ACDC cover band was allowed to continue despite Ontario’s chief medical officer of health recommendation of immediate suspension of all large events and public gatherings of over 250 people due to COVID-19.
North Huron is now in virtual shutdown until April 4th according to a tweet from NH.
Daycare, Town Hall Theatre, Public washrooms, etc. etc. are now closed to the Public.
Feel free to call you favorite taxman to find out more details, and why the concert was allowed to continue.
