(GREENOCK TWP, ON) - On November 21, 2017 at 4:27 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash near the intersection of Highway 9 and Bruce County Road 20. Officers arrived to find that a Silver Toyota Highlander made a turn on Highway 9 and was struck by a Black Peterbilt Transport truck.
The driver of the Highlander, a 61-year-old Carrick Township woman, was charged with careless driving. Both the driver and passenger of the Highlander were taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
