(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) - On Sunday December 24, 2017 at approximately 9:00 a.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located a two vehicle collision on the Hanlon Expressway near Downey Road, Guelph. No one was injured in the collision.
While speaking with one of the drivers, officers formed the opinion that he was impaired by drug. He was arrested and transported to a local OPP Detachment for testing.
21-year-old Justin Ferucio ROGERS of Brampton has been charged with Driving while Impaired by Drug contrary to the Criminal Code. He is schedule to appear in Guelph Court on January 19, 2018.
