(BLUEWATER, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a recent break, enter and theft of a commercial grade portable power pack, hand tools and diesel fuel that was stolen from a farm property located on Blackbush Line in the Municipality of Bluewater.
Sometime between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on January 3, 2018 unknown persons entered into an unlocked implement shed on the property. Once inside the shed those responsible stole a dual voltage Rescue 2100 portable power pack, a red Legacy toolbox that contained numerous hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, crowbars, hammers and calipers.
An unknown quantity of diesel fuel was also stolen from the fuel tanks that are located on the property.
The total value of the stolen property is estimated to be over $2,000.
