(CENTRAL HURON, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a break-in and theft that occurred at the St. Joseph's Catholic Elementary School located on Smith Street North in Clinton.
Police were notified of the break-in on Saturday, January 20, 2017 around 2:40 p.m. by a witness that was walking by the school property. She noticed two of the school windows had been removed and as well several school items were found scattered outside on the school yard.
Police attended shortly thereafter and checked the building for suspects however they had fled the scene. A black Dell laptop with a 14" screen worth about $1,200 was stolen.
