(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) - On May 2, 2018, at approximately 10:30 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a fail to remain motor vehicle collision on Parkhill Main Street, North Middlesex.
The officers attended the area and located the vehicle and driver involved in the minor collision. The officer determined that the 31-year-old, female, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Cassandra HUYBEN, of Lambton County, Ontario has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on June 12, 2018 to answer to the charges.
