(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) - On Friday, May 4, 2018 Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Grey-Bruce and Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Units, along with members of the Bruce Peninsula OPP detachment and with the assistance of West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a property on Myles Bay Shore Road in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
As a result of the execution of the search warrant, Police seized methamphetamine capsules, methamphetamine and cannabis marihuana. The combined estimated value of the seized controlled substances was $5,660. Police arrested two males located inside the residence.
31-year-old male, Justin LOZON of Northern Bruce Peninsula is charged with the following:
Possession of methamphetamine 4(1) Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA)
Possession of cannabis marihuana 4(1) CDSA
Fail to Comply with Recognizance 145(3) Criminal Code of Canada
31-year-old male, Christopher MILLER of Northern Bruce Peninsula is charged with the following:
Possession of methamphetamine 4(1) CDSA
The accused parties were released on Promise to Appears, and Undertakings before officer in charge, to attend Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on June 7, 2018.
