(CENTRAL HURON, ON) - On Friday, April 27, 2018, members from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and Huron County OPP executed a search warrant at a residence located on James Street, in the Municipality of Central Huron, Huron County, Ontario.
As a result of the execution of the search warrant police seized stolen property consisting of a computer tablet, a laptop and keys. Additionally, police seized break-in tools and drugs consisting of Hyrdromorphone, Cannabis Marihuana and Methamphetamine.
Matthew SANGSTER, 28 years of age from Clinton has been charged with two counts of Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000, Possession of Break-in Instruments, Possession of Hydromorphone, Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Methamphetamine and Fail to Comply with a Probation Order. He has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for June 4, 2018 at the Ontario Court of Justice - Goderich.
