(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) - On Sunday, February 18, 2018 at approximately 12:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Douglas Crescent, Fergus. The investigation led to two people being charged in connection with a number of drug charges. Analysis of the narcotics has revealed that the substance identified as heroin contained fentanyl.
February 19, 2018 media release indicated the charges as:
22-year-old Natalie Jean ARTHURS of Guelph is charged with Possession of Heroin, Methamphetamine and Cocaine and two counts of Failing to Comply with an Undertaking and Possession of a prohibited device.
27-year-old Jason Robert BULL of Cambridge is charged with Possession of Heroin, Methamphetamine and Cocaine.
