(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) - On May 13, 2018, at approximately 3:30 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driving on Parkhill Main Street, North Middlesex.
Officers attended the area and located the vehicle on Elginfield Road. The officer determined that the 39-year-old, male, driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Matthew HODGINS, of North Middlesex, Ontario has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on June 26, 2018 to answer to the charges.
