(QUINTE WEST, ON) - On May 31, 2018 at approximately 10:25 p.m., officers from the Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Trenton-Frankford Road, in the City of Quinte West.
The driver, James HEARNS, 42-years-old, of Quinte West was arrested and charged with:
Driving While Ability Impaired s. 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC); and with
Driving with more than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood s. 253(1)(b) of the CC.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on June 14, 2018 at in Belleville, Ontario.
No injuries were reported resulting from the crash.
