(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) - On June 30, 2018 at approximately 3:45 p.m., East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were on Marine Patrol on Dunlop Lake in the City of Elliot Lake, Ontario.
Police stopped a boat to check safety compliance under the Small Vessel Regulations and observed the operator to be consuming an alcoholic beverage. The male operator was subsequently charged.
