(PERTH EAST, ON) - A break, enter and theft to a residential property in the Township of Perth East is currently under investigation by members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
The incident occurred during the early morning hours of July 7, 2018, where unknown suspects gained entry to the property and removed a generator, an electrical cord with adapter, and the wooden boxed ashes of two deceased family pets.
The generator is described as a black and yellow Champion 9000 watt with electric start. The generator, cord and adaptor have an approximate value of $1000.00. The boxes containing the ashes were marked with the names "Buddy" and "Lucky".
