(CORUNNA, ON) - On July 7, 2018 at approximately 7:50 p.m., members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received an erratic driving complaint that had occurred within the Town of Corunna, Ontario.
In response to the complaint, the OPP had occasion to identify and stop a 2002 Jeep on Cameron Street, Corunna. Additional investigation resulted in the driver registering a "fail" on a roadside screening device. Subsequently, the driver produced an additional, more specific sample of his breath which exceeded the legal limit.
Brandon MACKIE, 25 years-of-age of St. Clair Township was arrested and charged for allegedly having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his blood, fail to surrender drivers licence and expired licence plate validation. He is to appear at the Sarnia Court House on July 30, 2018 in order to address the allegations.
