North Perth is seeking Sealed Tenders for the purchase of the municipally-owned Parkmeadow Place properties.
Lots 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, Plan 44M27, North Perth
Located on the corner of Bright St. and Nichol Ave. S. and adjacent to the Parkmeadow Place cul-de-sac in Listowel
Lots are currently being zoned to Residential Zone 4 (R4-6)
Sealed Tender Criteria:
An offer price and any proposed conditions of the sale; and
A brief description of the future use/construction to occur on the properties.
Purchasers may be required to enter into a binding agreement, including securities, with the Municipality of North Perth.
North Perth Council is not obligated to accept the highest or any offer and reserves the right to retain ownership of the properties.
Sealed tenders must be submitted to the North Perth Municipal Office to the attention of Kriss Snell, CAO by 4:30 pm on July 31, 2018.
