(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 42-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Walsingham Townline Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County address.
On Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at approximately 12:41 a.m., police received a call from a resident reporting a traffic complaint after they were almost struck by a pickup truck while standing on the side of the roadway.
Officers patrolling the area located the vehicle and subsequently stopped it and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 42-year-old Geoffrey Arthur LIVINGSTON of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Simcoe at a later date.
