(CORUNNA, ON) - On July 16, 2018 at approximately 4:00 p.m., members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police Crime Unit (OPP) arrested and charged a male for allegedly committing a robbery at a convenience store located on St. Clair Parkway in Corunna, Ontario.
The OPP have charged Brett Andrew FARR, 27-years-of-age of St. Clair Township for the alleged offences of:
1) Robbery with a weapon
2) Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
3) Use imitation firearm while committing an offence
4) Use a disguise with intent
He appeared for a bail hearing on July 17, 2018 in order to address the allegations.
As well, during the course of the OPP investigation the OPP established grounds to believe that Brett FARR was responsible for an armed robbery that occurred at an ATM vestibule on Trudeau Drive within the City of Sarnia on June 10, 2018. Through a joint investigation with the OPP, the Sarnia Police Service' Crime Unit has laid additional charges of allegedly committing the offences of:
1) Imitation Firearm- use while committing an offence
2) Point firearm
3) Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
4) Robbery using a firearm
5) Disguise with intent
He appeared for a bail hearing on July 17, 2018 in order to address the allegations.
