(CENTRAL HURON, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers continue to investigate a break, enter and theft of tools that occurred in Clinton a couple weeks ago.
Sometime between 10:00 p.m. on July 20th and 6:00 a.m. on July 23, 2018 someone entered into a Huron County Roads Department storage shed located on King Street in Clinton and stole approximately $2,000 worth of tools and equipment.
Investigators believe the suspect(s) entered into the garage through an insecure bay door. Once inside, the suspect(s) located and stole several items including a lawn sweeper attachment, two car jacks, a socket set, chainsaw and an impact drill.
The estimated value of the stolen goods is approximately $2,000.
