(WEST PERTH, ON) - Shortly after 3:00 p.m. on August 19, 2018, a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County detachment observed a stunt driver on Perth Line 34 in the Municipality of West Perth.
The vehicle was travelling over fifty kilometers above the posted speed limit when it was stopped by police.
Twenty-six-year old Qamar KHAN of Mississauga was charged with the following offence:
Race a motor vehicle-excessive speed
The vehicle was towed and impounded. The male was issued a driver's licence suspension and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
