(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are investigating the recent theft of a commercial grade log splitter from a business located in Walton.
On Monday, November 19, 2018 around 12:35 a.m. two suspects attended a farm machinery business located on Brussels Line in Walton whereupon they stole a brand new log splitter.
The suspects accessed onto the property by cutting a chain and opening up a gate to where they log splitter was being stored. Once inside the gated area the suspects pushed the log splitter off the property to a waiting vehicle for transport.
The stolen log splitter is described as a black and blue, Wallenstein log splitter, model WE230 valued at $2,287.
