(NORTH PERTH, ON) - On December 10, 2018 at 6:00 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County detachment were called by a concerned citizen about a possible impaired driver consuming alcohol in his vehicle in the Municipality of North Perth.
OPP officers responded quickly and the driver was located in a parking lot, where it was determined that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. He was arrested and transported to the Listowel OPP detachment for further testing.
Kristopher HOFFMAN, 33-years-old, of the City of Guelph was arrested and charged with;
Driving while ability impaired - motor vehicle (Alcohol)
Driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in blood
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on January 2, 2019.
