(PERTH EAST, ON) - At approximately 4:30a.m., on March 7, 2019, members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were investigating a suspicious person in the area of Gads Hill, ON, when officers located a frigid male matching the description given by witnesses. The male was arrested.
John TOPOR, 33-years-old, of the Municipality of Central Huron was arrested and charged with:
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Fail to Comply with Recognizance
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge
Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Opioid
The male was held for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on March 7, 2019.
