(NORTH PERTH, ON) - On March 8, 2019 at 3:15 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), North Perth detachment were called by a concerned citizen about a possible impaired driver in the Municipality of North Perth.
OPP officers responded quickly and the driver was located operating a vehicle on Line 86. Officers determined that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. He was arrested and transported to the Listowel OPP detachment for further testing.
David JESSO, 41-years-old, of the Township of Wellington Centre was arrested and charged with;
Operation while impaired - alcohol
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on March 25, 2019 to answer the charges.
