(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) - Shortly after midnight on March 23, 2019, Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Charles Street in South Bruce Peninsula after it was seen being driven erratically.
The driver, who had been drinking alcohol, registered a "fail" on an approved roadside breath screening device and was subsequently transported to the Bruce Peninsula OPP Detachment for breath tests.
50-year old Kristine NEVILLE of South Bruce Peninsula which was charged with operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs and operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
She was also charged with driving a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor under the Liquor Licence Act (LLA).
She is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on April 18, 2019.
