(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) - On May 30, 2019, at approximately 6:30 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on patrol and conducted a traffic stop on Petty Street, in the Municipality of North Middlesex.
Upon further investigation, it was determined that the 41-year-old driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Durwood LITTLE, of North Middlesex, Ontario has been charged with the following offences, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC);
Operation While Impaired - Alcohol and Drugs
Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
Fail to Comply
The accused was issued a 90 day Automatic Drivers Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days. He was remanded into custody is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in London, Ontario on April 3, 2019.
