(LISTOWEL, ON) - On May 7, 2019 at approximately 1:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), North Perth detachment responded to the report of a theft by a shoplifter at a business in the Municipality of North Perth. Witnesses provided Police with a description of a SUV fleeing the scene.
The SUV was located a short distance away and 1 male and 2 females were arrested.
Johnathon JESSOP, 35-years-old, of Brockton was arrested and charged with;
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
He had outstanding warrants with Saugeen Shores Police Service and was transported to Port Elgin.
Tracy KROPF, 47-years-old, of Brockton was arrested and charged with;
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Adriana QUANN, 29-years-old, of Arran-Elderslie was arrested and charged with;
Theft Under $5000- Shoplifting
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
All 3 are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on June 3, 2019 to answer the charges.
