(LISTOWEL, ON) - On May 24, 2019 at approximately 10:00 p.m., members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), North Perth detachment are investigating a break and enter into a commercial business in Listowel in the Municipality of North Perth.
Officers responded to the report of a break and enter in progress. Two males were arrested at the scene.
Tomasz KURZYDLOWSKI, 39-years-old, of Kitchener was arrested and charged with;
Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence
Mischief - destroys or damages property
Theft Over $5000
Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine
Gregorz MALOLEPSZY, 32-years-old, of Kitchener was arrested and charged with;
Break, Enter a place - commit indictable offence
Mischief - destroys or damages property
Theft Over $5000
Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Both males are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on July 8, 2019 to answer the charges.
