(MILVERTON, ON) - On August 11, 2019 at approximately 9:00 p.m., a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County detachment observed a motor vehicle travelling on John Street in Milverton. The vehicle tires were heard to be squealing and was stopped by police.
While speaking with the male driver, the officer determined that the driver's ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. The male was arrested and transported to the Sebringville OPP detachment for further testing.
Nicholas KUEPFER, 38-years-old, of Perth East was arrested and charged with;
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on September 3, 2019 to answer the charges.
